- MBSU provides Biology Students with numerous services, including events, rentals, notes, intramurals and even a lounge meant specifically for those in Biology! Please find below a detailed list of all of the amenities our union provides.

- Note Taking Club (NTC): biology class notes written by students, for students
- Social and academic events
- Locker/Lab Coat/Goggle rentals
- A Biology Lounge, located in Stewart Bio S3/6B
- Intramural Frisbee and Volleyball Teams
- Sustainable and equitable initiatives

- Customized, for-order McGill Biology clothing
- Field Bursaries for students enrolled in a field course
